Everything is measured by hand, so sizes are approximate (usually within about ¼ inch). Each listing has its own measurements, but here are our usual sizes:

• Crossbody bags: about 7" tall × 5.5" wide, with a back pocket and an adjustable strap. Fits a phone, cards and keys.
• Clutches & wristlets: about 7" across the top, 7.5" across the bottom and 5" tall, with a wrist strap of about 6".
• Keychain pouches: about 3.5" tall × 5.25" wide. Room for cards, cash, lip balm and earbuds.
• Pencil pouches: about 7.75" tall × 3.75" wide. Pens, makeup brushes or craft supplies.
• Glasses cases: about 7.5" tall × 3.5" wide, with a snap closure.
• Passport covers: about 4" wide × 5" tall when closed. Fits a US passport.
• Kindle sleeves: fit the Kindle Paperwhite (11th and 12th generation), and the standard Kindle with a slightly roomier fit.

The outside is quality cotton fabric, backed with interfacing for structure and protection (our Kindle sleeves get two layers, and glasses cases get a padded fleece layer). Most pieces are lined inside with a coordinating 100% cotton fabric and close with smooth YKK zippers. Some close with a snap or an elastic loop and button instead.

Very close, but not identical. Each piece is cut by hand, so where the print lands, how a pattern lines up and tiny stitching details vary from piece to piece. That’s what makes yours one of a kind! Colors can also look a little different on different screens.

We share the studio with four very supervisory cats, so yes, we’re a cat household. Every piece gets a thorough once-over with a lint roller before it’s packed, and the cats are (mostly) banned from the packing table. If you have a severe cat allergy, please keep that in mind.

Spot cleaning is best. Dab small marks with a damp cloth and a drop of mild soap, then blot dry. For a deeper clean, gently hand wash in cold water with mild detergent. Don’t scrub, wring or soak it for long.

We don’t recommend it. Machine washing and tumble drying can soften or bubble the interfacing that gives your bag its shape, and can fade the print. Always air dry: reshape it while damp and lay it flat or hang it, away from direct heat and strong sunlight.

Yes, carefully. Use a low (cotton/synthetic-safe) setting on the reverse or inside, or press through a thin cloth. Keep the iron away from zippers, snaps and any vinyl or plastic parts. Cotton can shrink slightly if it gets too hot.

Store it empty or lightly filled so it keeps its shape, keep pens capped and makeup sealed inside pouches, and give zippers a gentle tug along their track rather than forcing them around corners.

Ready-to-ship items usually leave the studio within 1–3 business days. Custom orders take longer, usually 1–3 weeks. Delivery is then about 3–5 business days with Standard or 1–3 with Priority.

Standard USPS shipping is $6, and free on orders over $35. Priority Mail is $12. It’s one flat rate per order, no matter how many items you add.

Not right now, sorry! We only ship to US addresses, including APO/FPO and US territories.

Only on orders shipping to Pennsylvania, where 6% sales tax is added at checkout (on shipping too, as Pennsylvania requires). You’ll see the exact total before you pay.

Yes. Unused ready-to-ship items can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Custom orders can’t be returned unless they arrive damaged.

Yes. Payments are handled by Square, and your card details go straight to them. We never see or store your card number. You can also pay with Google Pay or Cash App Pay.
